Brandenburg University of Technology of Germany is pleased to announce, through the International Relations Office, that the call for students to carry out a mobility program during the winter semester 2023/2024 at this institution is now open.

Steps to become an exchange student at BTU Cottbus

1. Choose the correct study programme

2. Send your application package to [email protected]

Your completed applicaiton documents consist of:

  • Learning Agreement - Before the Mobility(WORD, 802.32 KB), signed by you and your home university. (here is an example of how the learning agreement is to be completed)
  • Transcript of Records (a list of the current subjects and grades that you have obtained at your home university).
  • Certificate of language proficiency (minimum level B1 in German or English, depending on the teaching language in the selected degree programme) The BTU can only accept certificates issued by your home university or an official language institution.
  • A copy of your passport
  • Academic reference from a professor or teacher of your home university
  • STUDEXA application form, signed by you and your home university (We will send the link after receiving all documents)
  • Proof of enrollment for the last semester completed at UTP.
  • Letter of authorization or consent signed by the dean of your faculty or the director of the regional center.
