Libra Internship Program Spring 2024
The Libra Group Internship Program (LIP) offers a paid opportunity for driven university students to intern with the Libra Group and its businesses around the word. All internships are focused and fully supported to provide participants with the best experience of a work environment where they can develop many skills required for their future careers.
Internship roles are available in social responsibility, finance, engineering, human resources, business, hotel operations and more. Click here for more detailed information on potential placements and the application process.
Program Features:
- Orientation Week in New York City: Each program intake commences with an orientation where interns are introduced to key Libra executives from across our worldwide operations and participate in team-building activities with their peers. Libra will directly book and pay for flight(s) to orientation, accommodation for orientation week and flight(s) to and from the internship location.
- Paid Placement: All interns are placed on the local payroll. Libra will directly book and pay for flight(s) to orientation, accommodation for orientation week and flight(s) to and from the internship location. Interns are responsible for their housing arrangements.
- Mentor-Buddy Program: The program provides interns access to both senior executives and junior-mid level employees who will help facilitate their professional development, and daily task management.
- Professional Development: Ongoing professional development is provided throughout the duration of the internship through virtual workshops ranging from resume writing and business communication to organizational/time management skills and negotiation skills.

Eligibility Criteria:
At the time of the application, applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be fluent in English *certain placements have more than one language requirement (for example, be fluent in Greek for the Libra Group-Athens, GR placement)
- Be available for the mandatory orientation and internship dates
- Be a currently enrolled student at an accredited college/university at the time of the application deadline
