United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA) - Space Camp 2023
The United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs, in its capacity as secretariat of the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (COPUOS) and its subcommittees, invites all representatives of Member States to the UNOOSA Space Camp, which will be held on Tuesday, 19 September 2023.
The primary objectives of this event are as follows:
- Provide an opportunity for delegates and UNOOSA staff, including the new Director, Ms. Aarti Holla-Maini, to network and develop working relationships.
- Bring Member State representatives up to speed on the work of COPUOS and UNOOSA.
- Showcase the mechanisms (projects/capacity-building, conferences, etc.) through which spacefaring, new and emerging spacefaring nations have engaged UNOOSA to enhance their national expertise.
1. The hybrid event will take place in Boardroom D, Vienna International Centre on Tuesday, 19 September 2023, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 to 5 p.m. (Vienna Time). Participants attending virtually are kindly invited to use the links below:
